Position Summary: The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading a dedicated team of maintenance professionals to ensure the safety, efficiency, and welcoming environment of Bethany Group's facilities in Camrose. This key leadership role oversees the structural safety, operational integrity, and long-term care of all buildings and systems, ensuring facilities are well maintained and support the highest standards of resident, visitor, and employee experience. The Maintenance Manager provides strategic direction, operational oversight, and continuous improvement initiatives to promote safe, reliable, and efficient facility operations.
Experience/Training;
Education:
completion of a college or university program in business administration or in a discipline related to facility operation and maintenance or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience in maintenance Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of building systems, safety codes, and maintenance workflows. Mentor, schedule, and manage a high-performing team of maintenance professionals. Ensure Safety: Oversee daily operations to guarantee total compliance with facility safety regulations. Manage Assets: Supervise preventative maintenance programs for building systems, structural components, and grounds. Optimize Operations: Assist the Maintenance Director with budgets, workforce planning, and efficiencies. #
