- Manage residential and commercial real estate transactions from start to finish.
- Handle purchases, sales, refinances, mortgages and related real estate matters.
- Draft and review real estate agreements and closing documents.
- Prepare wills, powers of attorney and other estate planning documents.
- Advise clients on wills, estates and estate administration matters.
- Manage files independently while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Handle corporate and commercial matters where required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage residential and commercial real estate transactions from start to finish.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of practicing experience.
- Strong experience in both residential and commercial real estate.
- Wills and estates experience is required.
- Corporate experience is preferred and considered a strong asset.
- Licensed and in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
- Strong legal drafting, communication and client management skills.
- Ability to independently manage files, deadlines and client matters.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
