We are hiring a Human Resources Business Partner for our Surrey client. Supporting day-to-day HR functions, the HR Business Partner will work with all levels of the firm. Leading onboarding, recruitment, and scheduling, you’ll support performance management and participate in compensation analysis and pay transparency projects. The successful applicant must have education and experience – 3+ years of human resources experience at a Generalist level or above. Impact Recruitment has partnered with one of our Surrey-based clients – a well-established law firm offering a diverse range of legal services, across multiple areas of practice. They’re all about giving their people a collaborative work environment, valuing a sense of community.
Supporting day-to-day HR functions, the HR Business Partner will work with all levels of the firm. Leading onboarding, recruitment, and scheduling, you’ll support performance management and participate in compensation analysis and pay transparency projects. The successful applicant must have education and experience – 5+ years of human resources experience. Talent Acquisition
Performance management.
Manages employee files and updates HRIS database.
HR related projects.
Degree or Diploma in Human Resources is required.
3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist position.
Full cycle recruitment experience.
Experience with performance management and coaching.
This position is an in-office role.
