Lead BIM initiatives for innovative water management solutions as a BIM Manager. Cultivate design excellence and project execution through technical expertise and team training in a hybrid workspace. Your responsibilities include influencing BIM standards and guiding project teams on digital delivery methods. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure clarity in project scope and uphold quality during all phases. You’ll also develop electronic content to enhance efficiency across teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Establish BIM standards and support interdisciplinary teams
- Provide user training and technical assistance
- Prepare project models and drawings in Revit/AutoCAD
- Ensure quality compliance with design standards
- Collaborate during the construction phase for adherence
- Minimum 7 years industry experience with BIM
- Proficiency in Revit, CAD/BIM software
- Engineering diploma or equivalent qualifications
- Strong organization and communication skills
- BIM Certification preferred, with knowledge of urban development
