As a bilingual directory assistance agent , you will be responsible for providing support to all users of the network covered by Canada's leading residential telecommunications provider. This is an ideal position for someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to provide clear and accurate information.
 
A night premium of $1.50/hour and a weekend premium of $0.An exceptional work environment: bright, spacious, relaxation areas, gym, games room and more;

Emergency call forwarding (911).

At all times, offer courteous and professional service and support in line with the expected quality standards;
Be available to work full-time Monday to Sunday, 6:00 a.m. EST – please note that, as a 24/7 business line, you may be required to work night shifts (10 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. ) Fluently bilingual (English and French) with excellent oral and written communication skills, to be able to communicate effectively with callers and professionals across Canada.
Typing speed of 30 words/minute;
Excellent attention to detail and a genuine desire to help others - customer service and problem-solving are your strengths
