Drive excellence at Bombardier as a Methods Leader in CFG - Des Sources. Oversee a talented team while enhancing production and quality in the aerospace industry. As a leader at Bombardier, you will plan, organize, motivate, and supervise a diverse group of up to twenty team members and technologists. This role requires strong management skills alongside financial oversight and technology development. Your contributions will ensure seamless manufacturing support and operational excellence within the department. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise methods team activities and manage HR responsibilities
- Coordinate manufacturing support for production teams
- Conduct first article inspections and lead improvement projects
- Define processes linking the department with external stakeholders
- Support operational excellence initiatives within the organization
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA, or a relevant college diploma
- Several years’ experience in the aerospace industry
- Excellent managerial and leadership abilities
- Bilingual in French and English
- Strong organizational and technical skills
