You will work closely with production teams, assisting them with compliance requirements and troubleshooting deviations, all while aligning with cGMP standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform document audits and product quality checks
- Conduct comprehensive final release audits on batches
- Assist in training operators on compliance methods
- Execute weekly audits in production and packaging departments
- Serve as QA representative during shifts for decision-making
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant scientific or engineering field
- Strong manual dexterity for hands-on tasks
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Capacity to work independently with minimal oversight
