StoneRidge Insurance Brokers is seeking a Commercial Lines Technical Service Representative (TSR) to join our Ancaster team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented and committed to providing excellent service. You will support our Commercial Lines team by processing policy documentation, maintaining accurate client information and assisting with day-to-day administrative needs.

Position: Commercial Lines Technical Service Representative (TSR)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent, On-Site

Work Location: 10 George St., Hamilton, ON

Pay: From $45,000 annually

What You Will Do:

• Enter and review policy information within our broker management system.
• Process documentation for new business, renewals and endorsements.
• Communicate with clients and issue certificates of insurance and pink cards.
• Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain claims information, including data entry, updates and client follow-up.
• Protect the confidentiality of client and company information.
• Complete additional administrative duties, including scanning, preparing emails and mailing documents.

What You Bring:

• Secondary School diploma required
• 1+ year of administrative experience
• RIBO license required
• Experience with Applied EPIC and insurance company portals are considered assets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to prioritize
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively; a self-motivated learner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, positive attitude
