ONSITE - Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm
Marwood International Inc. is a full service, award-winning , Tier I and 2 automotive OEM structural components and modular assembly supplier, that focuses on waste elimination and light-weighting initiatives from prototypes to full volume products to end of life service parts throughout Canada, US and Japan .

The Marketing/Communications Specialist at Marwood plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing comprehensive marketing and communications strategies. With a focus on maintaining brand integrity and delivering cohesive messaging, this position collaborates across departments to drive various marketing initiatives, ensuring timely and budget-conscious project completion.
Provide support to Marwood's team and executive staff.
Promote brand initiatives aligned with corporate goals.
Coordinate marketing and communications initiatives to ensure consistency.
Lead graphic design, videography, and animation projects.
Develop website updates and projects in WordPress and other software.
Manage social media channels and execute Google and Meta advertising campaigns.
Conduct market research and provide insights for new marketing initiatives.
Develop templates in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Ensure brand consistency across all products and services.
Analyze potential new products/media for marketing opportunities.
University/College degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, communications, or journalism, or equivalent.
Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in graphic design software, web design, and marketing-related tools.
Experience with e-mail marketing, internet marketing, and direct marketing programs.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel VBA, Adobe Suite, WordPress, and related computer programs.
Exceptional command of English language, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
Strong project management, multitasking, and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
