Welcome to Illuminate Universe, our mission is to foster the next generation of business leaders who are critical thinkers, champions of inclusivity, and who are dedicated to creating a positive impact in their communities. Over the years, we've impacted thousands of Canadians through our national events, courses, educational programs, and podcasts, in partnership with Deloitte, CPA Ontario, RBC, and others. Our sister program, Illuminate Leadership Academy, is a registered private business high school in Canada, offering a curriculum inspired by Fortune 500 executives and Ivy League Professors.
This professional experience is designed for learning and development purposes and is not an internship or employment. As a student, you will engage in various communication projects (compensated through honorariums/scholarships), crafting content that inspires and educates others while promoting positivity. This program is part-time and virtual, allowing you to balance your studies and other commitments.
That’s why all completed projects are compensated through scholarships/honorariums ($100-500 CAD per project) through our Community Leadership Program ( This ensures you gain valuable professional experience while also receiving financial reward for your efforts.
This collaboration ensures that the content you create is aligned with cutting-edge ideas and practices, giving you exposure to top-tier thought leadership and innovation.

Students who are enthusiastic about acquiring new knowledge and skills.

Flexible Schedule: Work part-time and remotely, fitting the program around your studies and other activities.

We welcome applications from students with a lifelong learning mindset, regardless of prior experience. We provide a fully subsidized 2-week training program for eligible candidates where we will develop your fundamental and transferable soft skills together.
