Ce poste est idéal pour les candidats enthousiastes et motivés qui possèdent une approche et des compétences naturelles de « chasseur » (portefeuille de comptes en croissance, sollicitation à froid par téléphone, génération de prospects) et « d’agriculteur » (grands comptes nationaux, appels en personne). Le candidat idéal est capable d’établir de solides relations internes et externes, de nouer des rapports et d’instaurer la confiance par le biais d’une approche consultative. Notre directeur de comptes travaillera en étroite collaboration avec le VP pour élaborer une stratégie de vente combinant le développement de nouvelles lignes de produits, de flux de revenus et la diversification de la base de clients, ainsi qu’une multitude de mécanismes de rapports commerciaux.

R Les responsabilités:

  • Prospection / qualification de la génération de pistes / sollicitation à froid par téléphone: Négocier, vendre et gérer les services avec les clients actuels et passés en fournissant un service à la clientèle en temps opportun tout en développant constamment des opportunités rentables qui répondent aux besoins des clients.
  • Réapprovisionnement des comptes perdus : Travailler en collaboration avec notre équipe pour assurer la rétention et l’engagement des comptes.
  • Approche pour l’obtention de nouveaux clients, comptes cibles : Identifier les clients qui représentent le plus grand potentiel et développer des stratégies basées sur leurs besoins. Utilisez votre expérience de la vente externe pour prospecter et développer de nouvelles relations d’affaires intéressantes.
  • Opportunités de croissance : Travailler avec notre base de données de clients existants pour promouvoir et éduquer sur les nouveaux produits et autres services.
  • Établissement de relations/rétention de comptes, maintenance, protection des comptes prioritaires Comptes à risque, menace, perte : Suggérer des actions pour améliorer les performances de vente et identifier les opportunités de croissance.
  • Ajustements tarifaires : informer les comptes sélectionnés des augmentations tarifaires annuelles.
  • Rentabilité des comptes : établir des rapports sur les revenus et suivre la rentabilité.
  • Identifier et promouvoir notre proposition de valeur ajoutée et la différenciation de nos produits par rapport à la concurrence.
  • Fournir des informations sur le marché, le paysage concurrentiel et s’assurer qu’il y a suffisamment d’affaires en cours pour chaque offre de service.
  • Toutes les activités de vente seront suivies à chaque étape du cycle de vente, du prospect à la conclusion du contrat.
  • 5 ans d’expérience dans la vente dans les secteurs de la logistique, du transport, du fret, de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, du colis et du courrier, un atout majeur.
  • Expérience pratique de la vente et capacité à offrir une excellente expérience à la clientèle.
  • Capacité avérée à jongler avec plusieurs comptes à la fois, tout en gardant une attention particulière aux détails.
  • Travail d’équipe, motivation personnelle et fiabilité.
  • Excellente communication orale et écrite : capacité d’écoute, capacité à poser les bonnes questions, capacité d’approfondissement.
  • Personnalité, sociabilité et sens des responsabilités.
  • Permis de conduire valide pour les visites
  • Disponibilité pour les déplacements : 25 %.
