Join Helly Hansen as a Retail Floor Supervisor. Be at the front line of customer engagement while ensuring top performance on the sales floor. As a Retail Supervisor, you’re tasked with leading store operations, heightening customer satisfaction, and coaching your team effectively. This position calls for you to manage daily activities and uphold brand standards while actively building a rapport with customers and maximizing sales. You'll directly contribute to a creative, collaborative retail environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Champion exceptional customer service and brand experiences
- Engage with customers to identify their needs and suggest products
- Keep the sales floor visually appealing and organized
- Manage opening and closing of the store per guidelines
- Assist in onboarding and training new employees
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs occasionally
- Effective communication capabilities
