Support donor engagement as a Donor Care Associate with Children Believe. Deliver exceptional service across multiple channels in this hybrid role, enhancing supporter retention and satisfaction. As a Donor Care Associate at Children Believe, you will be the primary contact for current and potential supporters. This role requires a focus on delivering top-notch customer service, handling inquiries, and processing donations. You’ll also engage in proactive retention strategies while ensuring accurate data management and correspondence. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, emails, letters, and messages effectively
- Process donations and manage account updates
- Achieve goals in service standards and performance metrics
- Maintain quality assurance for communications and data
- Conduct follow-up calls to strengthen donor relationships
- Two years in a customer service or call center role
- Strong communication skills in English
- Experience with complaint resolution and empathy
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and databases
- Willing to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
