SSI is growing, and having recently added a Vice President of Business Development, has a need to expand our team of Management Consultants . Human Resources, Supply Chain Management, Business Strategy, Finance, Operations, Quality, and Project Management. As a Management Consultant, you will be responsible for providing strategic solutions and leading effective implementation for our growing list of clients throughout Atlantic Canada. Consultants work with a high level of independence, and their geographic location is highly flexible.
Compensation structure is primarily performance based, with attractive compensation levels achievable with reasonable levels of success.
Minimum of 5 years experience in progressive management roles in the public or private sectors
Self motivation and ability to work independently with minimal direction is a key requirement
Oral and written fluency in both English and French would be considered an asset
Some travel within Atlantic Canada will be required, with support for expenses provided in adherence with SSI’s expense reimbursement policies
