Your tasks as a Data Entry Analyst :

  • Keep our price lists, products and catalogs up to date
  • Maintain and improve product catalogs
  • Work as a team with the purchasing and IT manager to correct errors in our catalogs (price lists) as needed.
  • Communicate with suppliers and maintain good business relations
  • Ensure the efficiency of the purchasing process
  • Enter, check, sort and file data or information
  • Ensure good communication both with external partners and with internal collaborators in other departments.
  • Work closely with team members and support them in their day-to-day tasks

The required qualifications for the Data Entry Analyst position:

  • DEC in procurement, accounting and management or a related program of study, or any equivalent combination of training and experience
  • A minimum of 2-5 years experience in the same role or any equivalent combination of experience
  • Fluency in spoken and written French and English
  • Comfortable with Excel's main functions
  • Basic knowledge of other MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams)
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Experience in a similar position in a distribution center (ASSET)
