Your tasks as a Data Entry Analyst : Keep our price lists, products and catalogs up to dateMaintain and improve product catalogsWork as a team with the purchasing and IT manager to correct errors in our catalogs (price lists) as needed.Communicate with suppliers and maintain good business relationsEnsure the efficiency of the purchasing processEnter, check, sort and file data or informationEnsure good communication both with external partners and with internal collaborators in other departments.Work closely with team members and support them in their day-to-day tasksThe required qualifications for the Data Entry Analyst position:DEC in procurement, accounting and management or a related program of study, or any equivalent combination of training and experienceA minimum of 2-5 years experience in the same role or any equivalent combination of experienceFluency in spoken and written French and EnglishComfortable with Excel's main functionsBasic knowledge of other MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams)Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesExperience in a similar position in a distribution center (ASSET)Advantages :Dental InsuranceDisability insuranceSupplementary Health InsuranceLife & VisionPaid vacationsOn-site gymGroup RRSPEmployee Assistance ProgramOn-site parkingProfit-sharing plansApply Today
