*Are you a top performer in the collections industry? We're seeking a seasoned Senior Collection Agent to join our growing team to work on high profile Banking and Utility clients. In this role, you'll leverage your experience and communication skills to recover past-due accounts while providing exceptional customer service.

* 5+ years of experience in collections
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English for consistent collection calls
* Quality assurance testing regularly
* A proven track record of exceeding collection goals
* A commitment to professional, ethical and compliant collection practices
* Utilize skip tracing techniques and databases
* Analyze and evaluate financial reports and data
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
