Afin d'assurer le catering de notre padel clubhouse à Waterloo, nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) chef pour d'assurer le bon déroulement des activités quotidiennes.

Tero Padel Club est une cuisine de clubhouse . Nous disposons de 9 terrains de padel, d’une grande terrasse de 180m2 et d’un restaurant d’une capacité de 70 couverts en intérieur. Les travaux d’aménagement termineront fin août. Fort de notre expérience dans le secteur de l’événementiel et du team building, nous recherchons un chef capable de gérer la carte de notre bar/restaurant. Le chef pourra s’appuyer sur une structure de groupe et d’un atelier de production centralisé à Wavre. Nous proposons une carte variée, composée de produits frais et orientation street-food/ club-house. La majorité de nos produits proviennent de nos propres fermes. Nous sommes à la recherche d’un nouveau collaborateur flexible en temps plein pour cuisiner ces denrées dans la cuisine du club-house et prendre en charge nos différents événements dans ces lieux.
Nous cherchons des gens passionnés par le monde gastronomique, de l’événementiel et qui partagent nos valeurs.

En tant que chef de cuisine au Tero Padel Club Waterloo, vous avez la responsabilité de la cuisine de notre club house, afin de mener à bien la gestion, vous effectuez, entre autres, ces tâches:

  • Gérer la carte de notre bar/restaurant avec des produits frais provenant majoritairement de nos propres fermes. La carte est orientée street-food/club-house
  • Vous cuisinez les différentes denrées dans la cuisine du club-house
  • Vous prenez en charge les différents évènements dans ce lieu
  • Vous travaillez en cuisine en journée et/ou soirée
  • Vous avez de l’expérience comme cuisinier (restaurant ou traiteur) – 2 ans minimum
  • Vous êtes capable de gérer votre stress
  • Vous êtes organisé
  • Vous avez un grand sens du service
  • Vous êtes rigoureux, proactif et assertif
  • Vous êtes ponctuel
  • Vous êtes flexible dans vos horaires
  • Vous êtes passionné par le monde de la gastronomie
  • Vous avez une bonne connaissance des normes d’hygiène et de sécurité

Type d’emploi : Temps partiel +/- 38 heures par semaines

Durée du contrat : CDD avec potentiel CDI à la clef

Salaire attractif et adapté à la fonction de demi-chef de partie.

Horaires : Travail en cuisine en journée et/ou en soirée.Entre 9H-23H
