ERP Recruiter (SAP Specialist) – Remote (Canada) Company: Location: Toronto, ON (Remote)

Plan IT Search is a leading IT recruitment agency specializing in ERP, cloud, and enterprise technology talent solutions across North America. With over two decades of experience, we pride ourselves on connecting top-tier professionals with organizations transforming their digital landscape. We are growing and looking for an experienced ERP Recruiter with SAP expertise to join our remote team.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for ERP and SAP roles (functional, technical, and project delivery).
Partner with Account Managers to understand client needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
Proactively source, screen, and interview top ERP/SAP talent using a mix of databases, job boards, referrals, and networking.
Maintain and grow a robust talent pipeline within the ERP and broader IT markets.
Stay current on SAP ecosystem trends , ERP technologies, and talent market insights.
Use CRM/ATS systems effectively to manage candidate and client interactions.
3+ years of IT recruitment experience in an agency environment (required).
~ Proven success recruiting within the ERP/SAP domain (functional and technical roles).
~ Strong understanding of IT landscapes, particularly within ERP and digital transformation.
~ Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
~ Experience working remotely and independently in a performance-driven setting.
~ Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
~ Work remotely with a highly collaborative, experienced recruitment team.
