The Talent Development Programs Manager will be responsible for the full cycle management of career development programs at EllisDon. Creation and execution of company-wide career development program cycles including annual schedules, communications, data insights and feedback mechanisms.
Design, manage and continuously improve Employee Career Development Programs including performance review, succession planning and employee engagement.
Become a subject lead for Workday Talent Management Module.
Work collaboratively with People & Culture leaders to execute programs company-wide including reporting on existing programs, leading program development working groups and collaborating with the Talent Development Training team to identify development trends.
Collaborate with the various EllisDon teams to educate, advise and implement feedback on the programs that are designed to help people be the best at what they love doing.
