Your Responsibilities

* Will be a member of the value stream for new product introduction.
* Participate and represent meetings involving supply and demand.
* Create and provide supply chain reports to internal customers.
* Coordinate with procurement to manage supply issues providing clear, accurate and timely communication to stakeholders.
* Support the business in the implementation of supplier strategies and projects to improve quality, cost, and delivery performance.
* Responsible for continuous improvement which involve supply and demand.
* Manage small improvement projects and process improvement initiatives.
* Work closely with leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment and to resolve supplier issues and drive lessons learned.
* Present at an executive level regularly both issue status and improvement activities.
* Use leading KPI metrics to identify and then drive improvement activities.
* Facilitating the resolution of problems with internal and external stakeholders.
* Be flexible and willing to travel approximately 10% and to work flexible hours to support business requirements.

Basic Qualifications

* Bachelor"s degree and 5 years of prior relevant experience OR
* Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience OR
* In absence of a degree, 10 years of relevant experience is required
* Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Bachelor"s degree (typically in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics
* Experience with logistics, inventory management, and/or procurement
* Supply Chain and/or Operations experience
* Experience with Enterprise Planning Resource (ERP) and/or Material Requirements Planning (MRP) software.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience influencing the team, directly or indirectly.
* Experience with SAP.
* Continuous Improvement (CORE) problem solving background.
* Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain or Engineering.
* Working knowledge of data analysis with the ability to develop actionable insights from the data.
