Reporting to the Enrolment Services Advisor Team Lead at The Pas Campus, the incumbent will be the first point of contact between applicants, students, the general public and the Enrolment Services Office. The incumbent will also provide a wide range of administrative support to the Associate Registrar and Enrolment Services.
Completion of an Office Assistant Certificate; Experience with MS Office applications
· ASSETS
· Knowledge of working within Jenzabar or other database programs
· Administrative experience in a post-secondary institution
· Ability to speak an Indigenous Language
