Real Estate Law Clerk/ Legal Assistant

Forge Recruitment has partnered with our client, a multi-service boutique Law Firm in search for a Real Estate Law Clerk to join their growing practice.
Please note this is an in-office role

Assist with all necessary documentation for residential real estate purchase, sale and mortgage transactions from start to finish
Assist with bulk condominium interim closings and final closings
Entry and maintenance of financial reports and tracking of large condominium projects using MS Excel
Process deposits releases and construction financing draws
Various administrative tasks such as: handling incoming phone calls, mail, faxes, emails, wire deposits, closing files, photocopying, etc.
Assist with ad hoc projects, financing and development work, as needed
Successful completion of a related post-secondary Legal Assistant or Law Clerk program
~ Experience with condominium development law would be considered an asset
~ Flexible to work overtime as required
~ The ability to be flexible and adaptable to the changing demands of the job
~ Produce the highest quality of work, work independently and be reliable and accountable for all work assigned
