Our client in the manufacturing sector is looking for a Service Desk Specialist on a contract basis.Location: onsite downtown TorontoDuration: 6 months + 6 months extensionResponsibilities:Provide first-line technical support to end users for M365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.).Respond to and resolve support tickets in a timely and efficient manner.Assist users with login issues, password resets, and basic troubleshooting of M365 applications.Log and categorize incidents and service requests accurately in the ticketing system.Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to M365 applications and general IT equipment.Provision user devices including mobile and laptops.Requirements:3 years experience as a Service Desk AnalystStrong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications and services.Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and general IT hardware/software.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
