Nous sommes actuellement en expansion, dévoilant de nouveaux espaces de jeu, un hôtel luxueux et des options de restauration spécialisées.

Aperçu du rôle :

Nous recherchons un Coordonnateur des installations organisé et méticuleux pour rejoindre notre équipe de maintenance et d'entretien des espaces. Ce rôle est crucial pour assurer le bon fonctionnement de nos installations grâce à une gestion efficace de la facturation, de la maintenance, de la flotte, des stocks et de la planification opérationnelle.

Responsabilités :

  • Facturation et factures : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe comptable pour faire correspondre les factures avec les bons de travail et les bons de commande, coder les factures pour examen, gérer un volume élevé de transactions chaque semaine, et coordonner avec la comptabilité pour le paiement des factures.
  • Communications avec les fournisseurs : Communiquer avec les fournisseurs externes pour obtenir des devis, analyser les prix pour les meilleures options, et coordonner les appels de service et les achats.
  • Intégration/Gestion de la GMAO : Mettre en œuvre et gérer le système de gestion de la maintenance assistée par ordinateur (GMAO) pour suivre, prioriser, et assurer l'achèvement en temps voulu de toutes les demandes d'installations.
  • Planification de la maintenance préventive : Programmer et suivre les tâches de maintenance préventive pour anticiper les problèmes potentiels.
  • Gestion des opérations : Préparer et examiner des rapports pour le suivi et la surveillance des besoins dans tous les départements.
  • Demandes de maintenance des installations : Utiliser la GMAO pour une mise en œuvre et une gestion efficaces.
  • Planification des horaires du personnel : Préparer et gérer les horaires hebdomadaires, surveiller les heures supplémentaires, et respecter le budget.
  • Inventaire et approvisionnement : Suivre les stocks de fournitures/matériaux, maintenir des registres à jour des factures, et mener des recherches de marché pour l'évaluation des fournisseurs.
  • Planification de la maintenance des opérations : Coordonner la maintenance régulière des systèmes critiques tels que le chauffage, la ventilation, la plomberie, l'électricité, et la sécurité.
  • Paie : Vérifier les heures départementales pour le traitement de la paie et gérer les feuilles de temps.
  • Coordination et suivi : Assurer le journalisation et la clôture en temps voulu des bons de travail et coordonner les inspections sur site, les arrêts de service, et les activités externes telles que l'élimination des déchets et l'aménagement paysager.
  • Expérience avérée en gestion des installations ou dans un rôle similaire.
  • Solides compétences en organisation et en planification.
  • Excellentes capacités de communication et relationnelles.
  • Maîtrise de la gestion de la GMAO et d'autres systèmes de maintenance.
  • Connaissance des processus de facturation et de la gestion des stocks.
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter les délais.
  • Certification pertinente ou diplôme en gestion des installations, en ingénierie, ou dans un domaine connexe est préféré.
