- Lead the strategic direction of the Ecology & EIA business
- Inspire and develop a team of environmental professionals
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders
- Drive business growth and identify new market opportunities
- Provide strategic oversight on high-profile assessments
- Proven leadership in environmental consulting and project management
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations in Canada
- Experience in team development and client relationship building
- Degree in Environmental Science or related field
- Commitment to engaging Indigenous communities respectfully
