Aperçu de ce sur quoi vous travaillerez :

  • Collaborer avec la direction exécutive sur les opportunités de développement commercial et la planification stratégique.
  • Diriger, définir les attentes et les lignes directrices pour les responsables régionaux afin d'atteindre des objectifs, en fonction du volume d'affaires, de la situation actuelle et des nouvelles opportunités commerciales.
  • Collaborer avec divers départements pour peaufiner les processus et travailler ensemble vers la création de résultats et d'innovations.
  • Développer les compétences de l'équipe, évaluer, déterminer les objectifs et mesurer la productivité sur tous les aspects liés aux opérations du centre de livraison, tels que le service client, le recrutement, la formation, le coaching et le budget.
  • Assurer l'utilisation de méthodes et comportements de travail sûrs au sein de l'équipe.
  • Exécuter des plans conçus pour atteindre les objectifs de l'entreprise en modifiant les politiques et en coachant les employés.
  • Gérer les fournisseurs de services internes et externes.

Que faut-il pour réussir ?

  • Diplôme universitaire de premier cycle en logistique, en administration des affaires ou toute autre formation jugée équivalente.
  • 10 ans ou plus d'expérience pertinente dans la gestion des opérations dans le secteur du transport/courrier ou similaire.
  • Un sens aigu de l'entrepreneuriat, une capacité à faire face rapidement aux événements imprévus et aux changements, ainsi que la capacité à travailler sous pression.
  • Une compréhension approfondie des défis financiers et administratifs auxquels est confrontée une entreprise en croissance dans un environnement en évolution.
  • De solides compétences interpersonnelles, un sens bien défini de la diplomatie et de la résolution des conflits.
  • Posséder un excellent sens de l'organisation et la capacité de mener plusieurs projets simultanément.
  • Avoir d'excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite.
  • Faire preuve de bon jugement commercial et d'une vision globale solide des questions de ressources humaines et de développement organisationnel.
  • Flexibilité et capacité à voyager si nécessaire.
