Drive operational excellence as a Field Service Manager at Custom Truck One Source. Based on-site in Ayr, Calgary, or Edmonton, this role is ideal for hands-on leaders with technical expertise. In this key position, you will oversee field operations and support a team of technicians to ensure quality service delivery. With at least 5 years of experience in heavy equipment repair and a solid background in hydraulics and utility equipment, you will help minimize equipment downtime and enhance customer interactions. Your leadership will be essential for coordinating schedules and improving overall service quality. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee dispatch of Field Service Technicians
- Troubleshoot and repair utility equipment in various settings
- Review technician work for accuracy and compliance
- Handle service calls and allocate resources accordingly
- Maintain detailed logs and inspection reports
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Journeyman or Red Seal Heavy Equipment Technician
- 5+ years in equipment repair
- Knowledge of electrical systems and chassis equipment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and leadership skills
