Catch will fill a crucial void in Jewish Canadian journalism, to keep readers informed, engaged, and inspired. Edit news articles to ensure accuracy, clarity and adherence to journalistic standards
Oversee the team of sub-editors and set the direction of the site
Experience as a print or online editor (5+ years)
Strong writing/editing/proofreading skills
Wide knowledge of the Canadian Jewish community
Wide knowledge of the issues of concern of the community
Experience with content management systems and digital publishing
Assets:
Jewish community involvement
Canada-wide network of contacts and sources
