A Day in the Life at the Mobile Shop as a Lead Mobilist:
Leading and motivating a team of Mobilists to achieve sales targets and objectives
Actively participate in engaging customers in sales activities as a part of your daily responsibilities.
Provide ongoing training, coaching and development to Mobilists to improve their skills, product knowledge and customer service abilities.
Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and achieve business objectives.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of Mobilists, providing feedback, and implementing performance improvement plans as needed
Overseeing inventory levels and implementing a strategy to minimize shrinkage and inventory turnover
Managing product placement, signage, and displays to maximize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
Adhering to store level budgets by effectively managing expenses, labour costs and financial performance
