As the RFP and Contracts Manager you will handle the regional contract and RFP management for all consumable, equipment and service contracts and RFPs. You will work with key business partners, primarily Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Logistics, and Legal, to ensure successful end-to-end management of all RFPs/RFQs/RFIs and Contracts as well as providing full management for them with professional application of project management skills, as well as engaging in the strategy of the deal providing recommendations, statistics, and any sort of specialized support to stakeholders. Taking full responsibility for the contracts and RFP under its umbrella acting diligently in accordance with the processes in place.
Responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of contracts for region respective customers
Assist all levels of stakeholders with the strategic management of the Contract Calendar taking into the account the national perspective
Act as Project Manager in all contract resigns, RFP’s, and RFI’s for the region
Be subject matter experts with Group Purchasing Organization and/or Customer Buying Groups and apply that judgment to contract resign/pricing with a strategic vision in mind.
Execute and manage contract process (new, renewals, capital, consumables, lease, quotes, extensions)
University Degree in Business Administration, contracts specialty or related field
~Experience in contract, pricing and sales support RFP management
~ Bilingual both English and French
