Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial technology, operations management, or related field, with relevant experience considered.
- Leadership Experience:5-10 years of progressive leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, preferably with experience in the paper industry.
- Lean Manufacturing:Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, with certification (Black Belt or Greenbelt) as a potential asset.
- Technical Proficiency:Proficiency in SAP, CTI, and Microsoft Office suite, showcasing technological competence.
- Skills and Traits:Strong communication and interpersonal skills, organizational rigor, and experience in an influential role.
