Analytics Manager

Winona is one of the leading telemedicine companies providing HRT for women in menopause. We’ve built all of our technology in-house including an EHR, patient care admin system, patient portal, website, marketing technology etc. Winona has two compounding pharmacies and a team of in-house physicians providing world-class care via a fully vertically integrated business model.
About the role:
Winona is seeking a dynamic Full-Time Analytics Manager based in the US or Canada. This role will spearhead the company's data-driven approach by crafting an analytics strategy, managing data pipelines, and generating insights through analysis and reporting. You will collaborate across departments and continuously improve processes to maximize the value extracted from data.
Responsibilities:
Develop Analytics Strategy: Define and implement a comprehensive analytics strategy to support business goals and objectives.
Data Collection and Management: Oversee the collection, cleansing, and management of data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
Data Analysis and Interpretation: Conduct in-depth analysis of ecommerce data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
Reporting and Visualization: Create dashboards and reports to communicate key insights and performance metrics to stakeholders, including senior management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and finance, to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in analytics and data science, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
Experience utilizing CDPs such as Segment
Experience creating and managing living tracking plan, ensuring a well documented change log
Experience implementing and maintaining data warehouses such as Snowflake
Experience implementing and maintaining ETL systems
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
Solid understanding of statistical methods and techniques for data analysis
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proven experience in a similar analytics role, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry
