We are looking for a national sales manager to join a fast growing valve and fluid company focused on refrigeration located remotely in Canada. Roles and Responsibilities:Main Roleand execute sales budget objectives and business planning.of company market share within Canadaeffective and productive management of sales & territory development activities.promotion of company Current and future productsaccurate sales forecasting, account planning for proper commercial reporting.a high-performing sales team by providing strong mentorship, coaching, and guidance.strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.Sales & Marketingmarket research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.and acquire new customers and up-sell to existing customer base.strong relationships with key accounts.monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecastswith other teams to ensure the smooth delivery of products & services.and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.with Marketing and Product Development to ensure brand consistency.up to date with new company product launches, ensure sales team members are on board.market trends, benchmark competitors’ activities, and formulate strategies to respond.with top management in the definition of sales strategies and targets.long-term relationships with existing clients, by interpreting, managing, and satisfying their requirementsresponsibility for credit management of assigned customers in compliance with existing group procedures.the customers’ product range development and assuring the company presence across clients distributing product rangeand report case histories of successful product applications/placement.Customer Supportpre and post sales technical assistance and product range education.the team to answer technical questions, advising customers on how best to use the products.technical and Sales presentations to clients, demonstrating how products can assist growth in their business.clients with product selectionquality claim management in dealing with customers’ complaints.information and targets for the design of custom-made productsthrough formal and informal personal training appropriate product knowledgeQualifications:degree in business administration, Sales, Engineering or equivalentleast 5 years of experience in Sales and leading a Sales Team- 40%.product knowledge of hydraulic hose/engineering market and competitorsof principles and processes for providing customer serviceand ERP experienceknowledge of and commitment to Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental responsibilityKey CompetenciesStrong ability to prioritize and organize tasks to meet deadlines.Demonstrated sales leadership.Strong analytical and decision-making skillsAbility to work with, motivate, and build teams; lead decision-making processes in a team environment.Customer-centric sales perspectiveCoaching and effective feedback skillsStrong commercial selling and negotiating skills.Strong work ethics; self-starter
