Salary range: $50,000 and above (flexible based on experience)

About you

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience working as a Commercial Real Estate Law Clerk
  • Proficiency using legal office software: Unity, Teraview, and PC Law
  • Confidence in dealing with clients and other law firms
  • Strong organization and attention to detail skills

About the role

If hired, you will:

  • Draft, organize, and update commercial real estate files from beginning to end
  • Maintaining a system for follow-up on outstanding matters
  • Maintain and enforce protocols
  • Work with clients to gather information and solve general inquiries
  • Assist in other areas of law when possible and as needed
