The ideal candidate will have a background in leadership, sales management, and customer service within the auto parts industry.Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations of the branch, including sales, customer service, and financial transactions- Develop and implement strategies to drive branch profitability and growth- Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements- Manage cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records- Build and maintain relationships with customers to enhance retention and loyalty- Customer account sales visitsSkills:- Automotive product and mechanical knowledge are a definite asset- Superior customer service skills, both on the phone and in person- Manage customer relations throughout the entire sales cycle- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and the ability to adhere to safety regulations- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management- Proven record of accomplishment in sales management and achieving sales targets- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building relationships- Proficiency in cash handling procedures- Identify new business through prospecting and cold callsAs a condition of employment, we require a police background check acceptable to the company, a clean drivers abstract, and maintenance of a clean and valid driver’s license.
