As part of the Finance team and reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for budgeting, planning and financial analysis, and will have to interact with the organization's various internal departments including the Executive, Accounting, Pricing, Treasury, Project Management, the various business units as well as points of contact in the USA and Japan.
Produce various reports and comments for the head office;
Carry out profitability analyses of the various business segments and provide detailed recommendations to management where action is required;
Analyze the performance and assess the contribution of the various business units to support management's decision-making process;
Develop analyses of the organization's expenses and ensure continuous monitoring between results and budgets;
Participate in special projects to establish the profitability of various initiatives linked to the implementation of new products, the establishment of new business units, acquisition projects or continuous improvement projects;
Monitor various performance indicators, statistics and the achievement of objectives;
You have a bachelor's degree in business administration, preferably in finance or a relevant field;
You are bilingual, both written and spoken (English and French);
Advanced technical and computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
Ability to develop a financial model in Excel;
Knowledge of databases;
Permanent full-time position;
