Senior Computational Biologist
Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Computational Biologist to join their dynamic team at a leading research organization based in Toronto, Canada, where your work will revolutionize drug discovery. Collaborating with world-class experts across various disciplines, you'll drive research programs from early-stage discovery to pre-clinical development, leveraging cutting-edge computational methods and high-level programming languages. Your role will involve synthesizing diverse datasets, architecting analyses, presenting findings, and industrializing approaches to accelerate future projects. Architect analyses to inform decisions with statistically-sound insights.
Present data effectively to drive therapeutic outcomes.
Industrialize approaches to accelerate future projects.
Collaborate with data science teams to advance data interpretation.
PhD in relevant field with 3+ years of experience in drug discovery.
Proficient in computational methods and programming languages like Python or R.
Familiarity with small molecule drug discovery and pharmacology.
Efficient project management skills.
Proficiency in analyzing imaging- or genomics-based data.
