As part of the Technical Department, the Laboratory Technician works as part of the team to assist in the Main Pulp Lab.

A Laboratory Technician is required to provide laboratory support to the mill. This position is responsible for conducting final quality testing of pulp, performing maintenance on lab equipment and completing calibrations of pulp testing equipment. Additional responsibilities include providing lab support for Operations, Process Engineering, and customer service.

Qualified applicants will be energetic, hard working individuals eager to take on the challenge of a rewarding career in a team environment. Lab experience and/or a science background would be considered an asset. Individuals with no experience but are willing to learn are encouraged to apply. Must be willing to work 12 hour rotating shifts that include nightshifts and weekends.
