The Administration Assistant, Personal Payments is responsible for providing excellent service through the execution of administrative duties according to detailed procedures and with complete accuracy as a function of the Administration team.
In summary, the Administration Assistant, Personal Payments will:
Balance general ledgers
Adhere to and comply with established policies, guidelines and procedures with a high level of accuracy
Post-secondary education in Office Administration or relevant field of study
Ability to multi-task and maintain adherence to strict policies and procedures
Excellent computer proficiency operating Microsoft Office programs
