The Senior Survey Party Chief will be responsible for performing land and engineering surveys, mentoring field technicians, and developing best-practices relating to fieldwork and data collection. They will be an experienced individual, adept at managing survey teams. Must be comfortable working with project managers, resident engineers, and contractor representatives, and communicating with clients and landowners. Ability to lead, mentor and train staff as required. Excellent attention to detail is a must.

  • Minimum five years’ experience working in a land surveying team.
  • Interest in construction and engineering.
  • Strong understanding of modern and conventional surveying equipment and software.
  • Knowledge and application of safety measures relating to construction sites.
  • Surveying Technologist/Technician diploma considered an asset.
