Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and analysis
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to generate leads and establish new partnerships
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to meet company's growth objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver compelling proposals and presentations
  • Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to showcase our services and value proposition
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities
  • Track and report on key business development metrics and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the immigration consulting industry
  • Proven track record of achieving business development targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong knowledge of business development principles, strategies, and practices
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and key stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
