- Execute repairs and maintenance tasks of varying lengths
- Recommend services while managing customer expectations
- Ensure outstanding service for repeat business
- Document work in alignment with company protocols
- Utilize proper PPE to protect client properties
- Minimum of 8 years as a paid handyman
- Must possess all essential tools
- Background and driving record checks mandatory
- Capable of lifting 50 pounds without assistance
- Experience working safely at heights
