* Up to $2,000 in quarterly for retention incentives. *What you will do* You are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the North Island Community Health Services. You provide leadership to the multi-disciplinary team and coordinate and facilitate daily clinical activities, ensuring effective use of resources. You act as the communication liaison between members of the multi-disciplinary team, as well as other health care professionals and administrative personnel outside the health unit/service. You supervise and evaluate staff, provide leadership and function as a role model and coach to assist staff with professional development and achievement of health unit/service goals. In this role, you take a long range view of operations and service delivery and follow through on issues that impact on the overall quality of client care provided. You develop policies and procedures/standards for operationalizing client care at health unit/service level and provide leadership within the unit/service for quality and risk management activities. *To join our team, you will have *
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Master's degree in Nursing is an asset).
* Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant.
* Five years of recent, related experience.
* Experience in Community Health.
