En tant que partenaire d'affaires senior en ressources humaines, vous fournirez du coaching et agirez en tant que partenaire stratégique pour l'équipe de la chaîne d'approvisionnement sur toutes les initiatives liées aux ressources humaines, comprenant le coaching, le développement des talents, la conception organisationnelle, la gestion du changement, l'acquisition des talents, la rémunération et les avantages sociaux, ainsi que les relations avec les employés et le travail. Relevant du directeur principal des ressources humaines, vous aurez l'occasion de faire partie d'une équipe RH dynamique et collaborative, de développer et de mettre en œuvre des stratégies pour améliorer l'expérience des employés et favoriser le développement des équipes de direction, tout en étant également le point de contact principal pour toutes les questions relatives aux relations de travail.

Responsabilités

  • Promouvoir les valeurs et la culture de l'entreprise au sein des unités opérationnelles dans le but de maintenir un niveau élevé d'engagement des employés.
  • Assumer un rôle d'influence auprès des équipes de direction dans le développement de leurs stratégies et dans la réalisation de leurs objectifs commerciaux en révisant les structures et les profils de compétences, en développant les talents et en planifiant la main-d'œuvre.
  • Offrir du coaching aux leaders sur l'approche des ressources humaines et les relations de travail, y compris la gestion des performances, l'interprétation des politiques et procédures de l'entreprise, les exigences législatives, la résolution des conflits, les enquêtes sur les problèmes impliquant les employés et les processus de sanctions disciplinaires.
  • Diriger activement divers comités régis par la convention collective et représenter l'employeur dans différentes instances lorsque cela est nécessaire.
  • Agir en tant qu'agent de changement pour la vision des ressources humaines et promouvoir les programmes de gestion des ressources humaines et les meilleures pratiques pour l'organisation, tout en étant responsable de la mise en œuvre d'initiatives directement liées à la stratégie mondiale des ressources humaines.
  • Diriger des initiatives pour les employés et les managers sur des thèmes tels que la formation et le développement, la gestion de carrière, la gestion des talents, l'engagement, etc.;
  • Promouvoir la culture de l'entreprise au sein de l'unité opérationnelle dans le but d'améliorer les relations avec les employés et d'atteindre un niveau élevé d'engagement des employés;
  • En collaboration avec l'équipe d'acquisition de talents, participer aux processus de recrutement pour répondre aux besoins des unités fonctionnelles.

Ils sont débrouillards, polyvalents et innovants pour nous aider à augmenter nos capacités organisationnelles et notre efficacité. De plus, ils répondent aux critères suivants :

  • Diplôme universitaire en relations industrielles ou en ressources humaines ;
  • Minimum de 4 ans d'expérience en ressources humaines.
  • Être membre de l'Ordre des CRHA est un atout.
  • Bonne connaissance des lois sur les relations avec les employés et le travail.
  • Capacité à établir des relations avec les employés à tous les niveaux.
  • Capacité à adopter une approche proactive du service client.
  • Sens de l'initiative et tendance à assumer la responsabilité des tâches et à en assurer l'achèvement.
  • Capacité à communiquer, à mobiliser, à innover, à gérer des projets et à collaborer.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale, en français et en anglais.
