Bilingual Content Creator and Executive Assistant

We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Bilingual Content Creator and Executive Assistant who is fluent in both English and Chinese. This role involves creating engaging video content and providing light executive assistant support. Success in this position means producing high-quality, engaging videos that resonate with our audience and effectively support our leadership team. This role is crucial for enhancing Genomii's visibility and supporting our leadership team. Responsibilities
Create Amazing Content: Film and edit high-quality videos in both English and Chinese for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and XHS. Your content will be fun, engaging, and educational.
Travel: Be prepared to travel as needed to film our CEO and capture key events and moments.
Stay Trendy: Keep up with the latest social media trends to ensure our content remains fresh and exciting.
Collaborate: Work closely with our marketing team to ensure alignment with our brand and strategy.
Analyze and Improve: Monitor content performance and continuously think of ways to optimize it.
Assist Executives: Provide light administrative support to our leadership team, including scheduling meetings and handling emails.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media, Film, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in filming and video production.
Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Chinese.
Video Production Skills: Proven expertise in filming, editing, and producing high-quality videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
Social Media Expertise: Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, XHS, and other social media platforms.
Scientific Knowledge: Background or experience in science, especially bioinformatics, is a plus.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with using and learning new digital tools and platforms quickly.
Organized: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Creative and Fast: A creative thinker who can produce content quickly in a dynamic environment.
Travel-Ready: Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing your video production and content creation work.
