In this full-time role, you will perform customer service, direct parking, and ensure cleanliness at Nova Scotia Hospital. The job demands a proactive approach in solving problems while working outdoors, catering to the needs of patients and visitors alike. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with information and directions
- Direct visitors to appropriate parking zones
- Enforce parking regulations on foot or with a scooter
- Maintain cleanliness and operational standards
- Address minor equipment repairs and customer inquiries
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs
- Willingness to work outdoors and independently
