We are on the search for a Chief People & Culture Officer who will lead and implement HR related policies and programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies and providing sounds advice to the senior management on all related subjects.
Oversee development and maintenance of leadership training program.
Work with experts to establish necessary career paths for technical, managerial and support roles, and to develop materials to support these career paths including position descriptions.
Work with General Managers and Human Resource personnel to identify training required to meet current skills, knowledge gaps and future needs.
Identify learning platforms for the delivery of training programs and liaise with providers.
Review feedback from training sessions to access successfulness and identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop company-wide HR strategies in line with organizational objectives and Corporate strategic plan.
Conduct research and analysis of organizational trends and best practices.
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the HR functions.
Work with Corporate Marketing establish the Corporate HR brand.
Liaise with recruitment sites and identify those that will enhance our recruitment reach
Arrange and oversee periodic employee engagement surveys and stay interviews. Maintain current personal technical knowledge through continuing education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (HR) or related discipline.
~12+ years of progressive human resources experience with minimum 5 years supervisory experience managing senior HR professionals.
~ Able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
~ Computer literacy, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe products required.
