We have an excellent opportunity for a Marketing & HR Assistant to join Virgin Law Group. Working as a part of a strong administration team and reporting to the firm’s Human Resources Manager, the Marketing & HR Assistant will work within a dynamic group of lawyers and legal support members. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to break into or obtain growth within the legal industry and gain further experience in marketing, social media and human resources.

Human Resources
Support the recruitment efforts, including job postings, scheduling interviews, reference checks, candidate assessments, and maintaining relationships with employment agencies
Provide calendar management to the Human Resources Manager
Assist with development of policies and procedures
Maintain confidential HR files and databases
Marketing & Social Media
Website and social media management
Schedule new employee website photos
Event Planning and organizing seminars
Content creation
Support a wide variety of administrative tasks to the COO and Director of Administration from time to time to effectively lead the company.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative/professional workspace
Marketing and/or human resources experience is considered an asset
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram and, Facebook.
