Drive innovation with Kinaxis as a Machine Learning & Operations Research Engineer. This role involves enhancing supply chain solutions through mathematical modeling and robust software development in a hybrid work model. You will be instrumental in building and refining the infrastructure that allows machine learning models to excel in real-world applications. This position requires collaborating with cross-functional teams and applying your expertise in C++ and Python to create optimized operational frameworks. Your work will make a significant impact on how our clients manage their supply chains efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement innovative optimization algorithms
- Translate supply chain issues into effective models
- Develop, test, and monitor ML solutions for quality assurance
- Collaborate closely with agile teams for software integration
- Maintain robust performance of distributed systems
- Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in a related discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in software engineering
- Strong background in C++ and Python frameworks
- Knowledge of commercial optimization tools
- Familiar with cloud or containerized environments for ML
